When Can You Request a Replacement?

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  2. Damaged Item: The product arrived damaged or defective.


How to Request a Replacement

Important Notes

  • Time Frame: Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • Exceptions: Replacements may not be granted if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or if the request is made after 3 days.

The refund will be proceeds & credited within 5 to 7 business days to orignal payment method.
