When Can You Request a Replacement?
You are eligible for a replacement if:

- Photos of the product and packaging showing the problem
Important Notes
- Time Frame: Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- Exceptions: Replacements may not be granted if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or if the request is made after 3 days.
The refund will be proceeds & credited within 5 to 7 business days to orignal payment method.
